Authentication

Authenticity is paramount at LARLA, we make sure all of our items go through an extensive authentication process before they are listed on our website and our other platforms. All of our pieces are authenticated by our highly skilled LARLA authenticators. We also use AI Technology to further authenticate the item, however should your. Please note our authentication process can take a minimum of 48 hours to complete. 

Rest assured that LARLA will ensure every step possible is taken to authenticate items that we buy and sell. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and we offer a full refund on authenticity.

If we receive any bags from customers that are non-authentic (counterfeit) these items will not be listed and a fee of £40 will need to be made to LARLA in order to receive your item back. This fee is to cover costs of our authentication process and the cost of postage for your return.

If you receive an item that you believe not to be genuine and have had this confirmed by a reputable third party, you must contact us immediately with the confirmation from the third party. We will then arrange and pay for the item to be returned to us. Please ensure you let us know within 14 days so we are able to process a refund for you as we will not pay the seller within the return policy period.
