MY ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been placed on our system.
Not to worry, you are more than welcome to return any unwanted items back to us by using our returns procedure.
We apologise for any inconvenience however, we are unable to change an address on an order that has already been placed on our system.
You are responsible for ensuring your address is entered correctly on our order forms before submitting.
Should you need to redirect your parcel, you will be able to contact the courier to arrange delivery to an alternative address.
Don't worry! If you won’t be in at your arranged delivery time slot, please contact the courier directly. Here they should be able to assist you in directing a delivery to another address or to re-arrange a delivery.
We currently do not offer exchanges on items however, do offer refunds if you wish to return an item to us.
For refunds to be processed, you must return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returning items must remain in the condition to which you received them. Items must have tags still attached, be unworn and in the original packaging. unfortunately, we will be unable to process a refund without this.
We will be unable to accept any returns for the refund process, if they appear to be used/worn.
To start a return simply fill out the returns form that your received in your order.
We are sorry to hear that your order has arrived not as you expected! If your order has arrived damaged or faulty please get in contact with our Customer Service Team, who will work accordingly to assist you as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Items that have normal signs of wear and tear, that was stated in the product description will be not considered as faulty or damaged.
SHIPPING
Currently we only offer shipping within the UK.
We have plans to expand our shipping capabilities and offer worldwide shipping in the future. We understand the demand and value our customers from around the world. While we can’t
provide a specific timeline, we are actively working towards making our products available to customers worldwide.
We apologise however, our shipping is limited to the UK only. We appreciate your interest in our products and want to assure you we are currently aiming towards offering worldwide shipping.
We ship all our orders using DHL, offering you a fully tracked service.
CONDITION
Sorry! Whilst we strive to keep products in their original packaging/boxing we can’t guarantee that all our items will include this. Our store offers both new and preloved items therefore, packaging may vary.
Rest assured, we always state the packaging of an item within the item description. If you have any specific questions regarding the packaging of any of our items, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team, who will be happy to assist you.

While the specific condition of our items may vary, we use our LARLA Condition Guide in order to help you get a full perspective of our items, to give you a clear idea of what to expect.
Our Larla Condition Guide allows us to evaluate the specific condition of an item varying from Never Worn (NBW) to Fair Condition (FC).
The condition of each item is always stated within the product description.

Absolutely we can! Our customers our so important to us and we strive to go above and beyond for all. If there is an item you have in mind but it is not on our website, simply drop us an email with your request. We will be more than happy to source the best piece at the best price for you.
SELLING PROCESS
LARLA accepts both new and pre-loved designer items.
We would love to hear from you! If you have any inquiries regarding selling your items to us, simply fill out our ‘contact us’ form or alternatively reach out to us via email and a member of our team will be in touch!

If you are thinking of selling your items to LARLA, simply click the ‘sell to us’ button located at the bottom of our home page, fill out the form and submit! It is easy as that.
As soon as we receive a your form, a member of our team will review this and will aim to be in touch with you within 48 hours with a quote.
AUTHENTICITY
Yes. All of our items are 100% authentic. Here at LARLA, we take the authentication process of our items seriously and take great care when authenticating an item. We use our specialists to carefully examine each item that comes in to our hands and complete the checks necessary.
Our commitment to authenticity ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing that you are receiving 100% genuine items, authenticated by our specialists.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an authentication service to the public. We do however offer this service to those who are wishing to sell their items to us.

LARLA accepts all major credit/debit cards.
We also offer payment via ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay to allow you to checkout with ease.
