Returns & Refunds Policy

LARLA is proud to offer a hassle-free 14 day return policy for our customers. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or you may simply change your mind. With our 14 day return policy, you have sufficient time to decide if it's the right item for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible, offering a simple and straightforward procedure. Your happiness and satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to providing you with the best customer service experience possible.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition as sent to you by us. All of our items are videoed and photographed by our team before we send to you. All returned items must be unworn and in all the original packaging with all tag's still attached. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you no longer wish to keep the item and would like to start the return policy. It is important to check if any exceptions apply to the item you wish to return before choosing to return.

Please follow the instructions below in order to be accepted to receive a refund:

- Original Packaging: We require that items be returned in their original packaging. This includes any boxes, bags, security tags, or containers that the product came in.

- Attached Tags or Labels: We require that items must be returned with any attached tags or labels still intact. If the security tags have been removed, damaged or tampered with we unfortunately would not be able to offer you a refund.

- Exemptions: Certain items are exempt from our return policy. These items include swimwear, underwear, earrings, personalised or custom-made items, or items marked as final sale. No refunds will be provided if we receive your return and the items have body odours, make up, perfume and cigarette smoke on them. Refunds will not be provided on your returned item if we find any objects in them as this will be seen as proof that the item has been used. Items may only be purchased and returned on one occasion by each single customer. If you change your mind after returning the item and want to re order the same item you will be exempt from the return and refund policy for the second time purchase of the item.

We do not cover the cost of return postage. This means that if you would like to return an item, you will be responsible of covering the expenses of posting the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping, which is also insured up to the price of the item you are sending back to us. If for any reason your item does not meet our return policy criteria your return will be rejected and returned back to you. Please take note that you may be asked to cover the cost of the delivery of your rejected item.

Upon us receiving your returned item, our team will fully inspect, video and photograph the returned item. These photographs and videos will be compared with those of which we took before we sent the item out to you. Delays may be a possibility if we require any additional information from you about your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A member of our team will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. This may take up to 72 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please Note; If a discount code was applied to your order, you will be provided a refund of the amount paid. This amount will be calculated after the applied discount code, not the full price of the item. This also applies if you bought an item in the sale. Your refund will total the amount you paid for the item in the sale.
